Gloria Wesley (formerly Strauthers) is the CEO of Exodus Management & Consultant, LLC, bringing over 25 years of expertise in driving transformative change for organizations. A visionary leader, Gloria specializes in business process optimization, leadership development, and strategic growth, helping businesses streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and achieve sustainable success. She founded Exodus in 2016 after retiring early at the age of 40.
Throughout her distinguished career, Gloria has earned numerous accolades for her ability to identify opportunities and implement strategies that reduce costs and improve performance. She collaborates with entrepreneurs, small businesses, and organizations across diverse industries, earning her recognition as a respected figure in the field. Her extensive certifications—such as John Maxwell DISC® Trainer, Coach, Speaker, and Teacher; Certified Human Resources Professional; Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt; DEI Professional; and Certified Cybersecurity Professional—demonstrate her dedication to excellence and continuous learning.
Gloria is a thought leader, published author, and sought-after speaker at industry events, including the ISSA North America Tradeshow and the Cleaning Buildings Expo. She has contributed to leading publications like Facility Decisions, GaBiz, Executive Housekeeping Today, and the Team Engine partner blog, while also appearing as a guest on podcasts such as Cleaning Up with Sales and The SCRUB. In 2023, she served on the Georgia Governor’s Honors Program Social Studies Mock Shark Tank and SCORE mentor for The Square One Startup program at Georgia Southern University, where her team won the event in 2019.
Gloria’s professional journey is complemented by her commitment to business development and community empowerment initiatives. She is a graduate of prestigious programs like the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center's Milestone Program, NMSDC Capital Readiness Program, Verizon Small Business Digital Readiness Program, and the Bank of America Institute for Women’s Entrepreneurship at Cornell University.
A dedicated advocate for economic equity, Gloria serves as a Board Member for the Statesboro Chamber of Commerce and as a FUSE Executive Fellow. Her leadership extends to roles such as Chair of the City of Statesboro Business Commission and NSBA Leadership Council Member, where she worked to advance the interests of small businesses at the national level. From 2018 to 2022, she mentored over 500 entrepreneurs as a SCORE Mentor, earning recognition as one of the Top Five Mentors in the Savannah SCORE Chapter in 2020. She served as Vice-Chair / DEI Ambassador Atlanta SCORE.
