Gloria Wesley (formerly Strauthers) is the CEO of Exodus Management & Consultant, LLC, with over 25 years of experience driving transformative change for organizations. She specializes in business process optimization, leadership development, and strategic growth, helping companies streamline operations, boost efficiency, and foster sustainable success. Gloria founded Exodus in 2016 after retiring early at age 40.

A thought leader in multiple domains, Gloria is a published author and frequent speaker at industry events like the ISSA North America Tradeshow and the Cleaning Buildings Conference. She has contributed to major publications including Facility Decision, GaBiz, and Executive Housekeeping Today, and is a sought-after guest on podcasts such as Cleaning Up with Sales and The SCRUB.

Gloria is also a dedicated advocate for economic equity. She currently serves as a Board Member for the Statesboro Chamber of Commerce and FUSE Executive Fellow. She has held leadership roles within her community such as Chair of the City of Statesboro Business Commission, and NSBA Leadership Council Member. Her commitment to empowering small businesses extends to mentoring entrepreneurs as a Certified John Maxwell Speaker, Teacher, and Coach and a former SCORE Mentor.
