1. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Consultation Fees: All fees for consultations, including initial "consultation" or "discovery session" fees, are non-refundable. These fees are charged for the time, expertise, and resources invested during the consultation process.

  • Additional Charges: Fees represented cover only the consultation service and do not include costs related to projects, materials, classes, or travel expenses.

2. No-Show Policy

  • If a client does not attend a scheduled consultation or discovery session without prior notice, an additional $50.00 no-show fee will be charged. This fee compensates for the time reserved for the session and ensures fairness to other clients.

3. Payment and Scheduling

  • Payment for consultations must be made in full at the time of booking.

  • Scheduling changes must be communicated at least 24-48 hours in advance to avoid being charged the no-show fee.

4. Legal Compliance

This policy complies with applicable Georgia laws, including:

  • Georgia Fair Business Practices Act: Ensures transparency in service agreements.

  • Federal Trade Commission Guidelines: Adherence to the principles of fairness and disclosure in service transactions.
